What is the C02 file?
The C02 file extension can be associated with several types of files. Most often, however, a file with such an extension is associated with the WinAce Split Archive Part 1 Format format. C02 files are supported by Mac OS, Windows operating systems. The C02 file is one of the Compressed Files files, just like 236 of the other files found in our file information database. The creator of WinAce Split Archive Part 1 Format is e-merge.
A program that can open the C02 file is e.g. MacUnace. However, you can also use other applications, e.g. WinAce, WinZip, WinRAR, WinACE Archiver.

How to open a .C02 file?
If you have problems opening the file C02, then in most cases the problem is only the lack of the proper application installed. Select one of the programs from the list and install it on your device. The operating system should automatically associate the C02 file format with the installed program. If not, right click on your C02 file and select from the menu "Open with" . Then select the installed program and confirm the operation. Now all C02 files should automatically open with the selected program.
