What is the H264 file?
The H264 file extension can be associated with several types of files. Most often, however, a file with such an extension is associated with the H.264 Encoded Video Format format. H264 files are supported by Linux, Mac OS, Windows operating systems. The H264 file is one of the Video Files files, just like 546 of the other files found in our file information database.
A program that can open the H264 file is e.g. QuickTime Player. This software was released by Apple, Inc.. However, you can also use other applications, e.g. Windows Media Player, PowerDVD, Creator NXT Pro, VideoStudio Pro.

How to open a .H264 file?
If you have problems opening the file H264, then in most cases the problem is only the lack of the proper application installed. Select one of the programs from the list and install it on your device. The operating system should automatically associate the H264 file format with the installed program. If not, right click on your H264 file and select from the menu "Open with" . Then select the installed program and confirm the operation. Now all H264 files should automatically open with the selected program.
