What is the 3DMF file?
The 3DMF file extension can be associated with several types of files. Most often, however, a file with such an extension is associated with the QuickDraw 3D Metafile format. 3DMF files are supported by Mac OS, Windows operating systems. The 3DMF file is one of the 3D Image Files files, just like 622 of the other files found in our file information database. The creator of QuickDraw 3D Metafile is Apple.
A program that can open the 3DMF file is e.g. DMF Viewer. However, you can also use other applications, e.g. PolyTrans, Cheetah3D, TouchCAD, Poly Pro.

How to open a .3DMF file?
If you have problems opening the file 3DMF, then in most cases the problem is only the lack of the proper application installed. Select one of the programs from the list and install it on your device. The operating system should automatically associate the 3DMF file format with the installed program. If not, right click on your 3DMF file and select from the menu "Open with" . Then select the installed program and confirm the operation. Now all 3DMF files should automatically open with the selected program.
